dark mode icons not transition to light mode

First, the new dark mode in v14 is fantastic. Not having to restart for the change is such a small but somehow huge thing. I did notice something today, however, When toggling from dark to light, the library icon remained white in light mode, not black as the other icons. I toggled several times and it remains white. It does resolve if I restart the app. But then if I toggle again, it will stay light.

It's funny that for Light/Dark Mode, the Mac problem variant is white-on-white while on the PC it is black-on-black.
