Accordance 14 install- Problems with user notes

I'm hoping this is a quick fix... when Accordance 14 finally opened up (after a very rocky instal), I found that all of my workspaces were missing and my notes file had been renamed. I managed to go into the accordance folder and open up/instal all of the workspaces however when I opened up my notes folder there were 4 notes files. Could someone please help me out and let me know which ones I need to delete and how to rename the 'samplenotesv.2'. I've attached a screen shot showing the notes folder as well as the what is listed in my library. When I click on 'my notes' it opens up a new zone but there's nothing there. When I click on 'my notes' it simple goes to the samplenotesv2 pane. Any help would be appreciated.
