Translation notes "missing" after moving to new computer

Hi there! I recently migrated to a new computer and I’m having an unexpected problem: all of the publishers’ notes files are present, but the application doesn’t “see” them and won’t display linked notes. When I point to a footnote mark with the magnifying glass, nothing happens; if I click, I get the “not installed” error message. I get this behavior across all modules. The notes files are in ~/Library/Application Support/(etc.) and also in my Accordance Library (under Parallels) but they just don’t display.  How can I fix this problem?

Is anyone able to help with this issue?

Perhaps Accordance doesn’t know where the files are. If you double-click NIV Notes on your library, does it open? If Accordance can’t find it, it will ask you where the file is.

 

If you can’t easily fix the problem, delete the item that isn’t working from the library and download it again with Easy Install.
