Copy as a citation

It would be great if there were some kind of quick toggle for the "insert citation only as footnote" option. Having this checked works great for Wordprocessing documents but not for text files where the citation is lost when this is checked. 

Also, it would be great to have this work the same way when quoting biblical texts or other texts (like the Mishna).
