Unable to send emails

The last several correction emails I've tried to send have all bounced. They all have the same error message:

I've tried discussing with someone from your tech support, but he couldn't do anything. Since this problem can only be fixed by whoever manages your email server, there is nothing I can change to fix this problem. I've been using the same hosting company for several years.

 

Could someone please forward this to whomever can get this fixed so that I can send emails again?
