Dr. Nathan Parker
Is there a way to use Research to search all journals written by a particular author? For example, all journal articles written by Goldsworthy?
mbcvida
it looks like you can do an english search and then note that at least some of the results have (author) next to the listing
cweber
I don't have an answer to your question, but I investigated whether we could harvest Authorship of modules from the Accordance library information (XML) files, but it is not there. I would love to see a library manager with enhanced capability for those of us with many resources to catagorise and classify content and enhance such searching.
Dr. Nathan Parker
Thanks! I’ll try the English search.
Dr. Nathan Parker
That seems to be working. It seems each journal module also has an author field, so if that’s ever added to Research as a search field, that’d be fun. Galaxie’s website also has an author index of the journal articles. A similar module in Accordance in the TJL update “might” be useful, although adding the author field to Research might be quicker and more useful.
