BP-Trees, Plants, Flowers will not download in Easy Install

Just did a fresh install. All of my library has downloaded and installed except "BP-Trees, Plants, Flowers."

 

I receive this error message:

 

Not sure why, and I'm not exactly dying to read about trees at the moment . I figure, though, that if I'm having a problem downloading it, someone else may be as well.
