Bielikov
How would I do a search for נֶצַח (perpetuity) when it appears with pronominal suffixes, preferably using the Hebrew Construct Panel. But I would also love to know how to do the same thing with the search area commands.
Bielikov
For instance, I tried this but it gives me <or> rather than <and> results: =נֵצַח־1 <AND> [SUFFIX pronominal]
mbcvida
=נֵצַח־1 [SUFFIX pronominal] - if this is what you are searching for - it returned only one example Edited September 16, 2022 by mbcvida correction

Dropping the <AND> searches for them in sequence, one after the other, which is what you meant to search for.

In the Hebrew Construct Panel drag LEX into the first column. Select exact lemma, Enter נצח and select נֵצַח־1 from the list of options. Drag SUFFIX into the second column. Drag WITHIN over the first two columns and specify 1 as the WITHIN value. Postscript: The only substantive difference between the command line syntax and the construct window is: within 1.
