App crashes when wanting to highlight

Hi,

 

I just updated my accordance modules in the accordance app on my iPad. And I noticed as that when I want to do a highlight now, the app crashes. Not sure what went wrong, any advice?

Hi @David Soon,

I don't really use Accordance on iPad, but I would personally completely delete the app and then reinstall it. That may resolve the issue. If it does not, it would be diagnostic for the developers.

You might want to try something else before completely deleting the program. 😄 Go under the device settings, scroll down to Accordance, then Remove Saved Session. Force quit the app and restart. If it's still happening, repeat the process and try Reset User Content. I'd also make a backup copy of your highlights on the Mac first.

@JonathanHuber I have tried your suggestion, but it didn't work. So I ended up deleting the app and reinstalling it. The highlight works now, but I will need to spend time to download my modules again.
