Atlas help link not found on server

When I have the atlas open and push the help button on the toolbar, Accordance opens a URL that doesn't exist.

 

Steps to reproduce:

1. Search for Atlas in the Library and click on it.
2. Push the help button in Accordance's toolbar.
3. A browser tab opens for http://accordancefiles2.com/helpfiles/OSX13/content/topics/07_atlas/working_in_the_map_tab.htm, which doesn't exist: the server reports "The requested URL was not found on this server."

 

This is Accordance 13.3.3 on macOS 12.5.1.
