1. You can see the keyboard layout and full details of the font in Accordance Fonts PDF which should be installed in your Manuals & Documents folder.
   
2. You can use the Character palette (Window menu) to enter characters and to see the keystrokes for each character.
   
3. You can go to the Help files: Accordance Help > General Features > Working with Windows > Entering Text, at the bottom of the page.

I assume you are using Unicode encoding for your text files. If not, you should! I use two different methods.

 

1. I have a file of the Hebrew Bible in Unicode (utf8) format. I "copy and paste" from this file when I want vocalized and cantillated text. Using the keyboard is just too complicated and slow otherwise.

 

2. When I have a specific word (even vocalized and cantillated!) or a phrase, I use the Hebrew-QWERTY keyboard map provided by the OS X system, and then bring up the "Keyboard Viewer" and "hunt and peck" for what I need.

 

If you don't have the Hebrew keyboard already installed, then call up System Preferences|International|Input Menu and check "Character Palate", "Keyboard Viewer", scroll down and check the Hebrew keyboard of choice (or all three). Click "Show input menu in menu bar." Now, when you want the Hebrew keyboard, simply click on the flag that sits on the menu bar, select Hebrew and then select the Keyboard Viewer and hunt and peck away!

Well, you have Accordance! Check out the copy function in the documentation, especially about copying to "Unicode". I'll do that most often when I'm using Accordance to write a paper.

 

The most convenient online source is The Westminster Leningrad Codex. You can find what you need and (at least in my browser, Firefox) you can simply copy and paste what you need. Naturally, you need to have Internet access to do this, and that is not always convenient (when flying, for instance). You can download the entire Tanakh from the site. See the Technical page under the section "Off-line operation". Basically, you can download the entire Hebrew Bible website in one convenient zip file, decompress the zip archive somewhere on your hard disk, and then use your browser just like with the online website.

 

This should meet all your needs, I think.
