Option to Show tool Highlights in Instant Details

I would to have an option to turn off or on the display of highlighting of user tools in Instant Details.  This would be especially useful when viewing my notes.  When I hover over the reference in my notes and instant details is populated, for instance, for a section in a commentary, it may display a whole paragraph in instant details while my note may only be focused on a sentence.  If I had highlighted that sentence and had the option to see highlighting for tools in instant details, I could instantly focus on the sentence that the note was about.
