mgvh Posted October 27, 2022 Share Posted October 27, 2022 I am reviving this older thread because I am having the same problem, but it is on a Windows machine. Using Acc 13.3.4.0 I have tried to import a PDF file on both my home system and work laptop, and in both instances, it goes about 1/5 of the way and freezes. As @troensmannalso noted, clicking Stop on the import does nothing. I have to go into Task Manager to kill the program. The PDF is from a publisher and is very well-formed. Steve100 Posted November 16, 2022 Share Posted November 16, 2022 (edited) I have the same problem. Less than half of my PDF documents import. It gets to around 25 percent and then freezes.
