I think it would be an enhancement of Accordance to have the French translation: La Bible, Notes Integrales traduction Oecumenique, 12th edition, Les Editions du Cerf., Paris, 2012.

I wrote this a couple of weeks ago:

"The problem with the TOB is that the revision of the text is being done at the same time as the (greatly expanded) commentaries in the margin. To date, only Galatians in the NT and Hosea in the OT have been completed. They have been put out as individual fascicules. From what I understand, it will be a number of years before we can expect to see the finished product. I too would love to see the TOB in Accordance. It's one of the modern translations in French that's not based on Louis Segond's version and so is more helpful for textual comparison.

Now here's an idea (hint, hint, Accordance team!). Could Accordance offer the TOB 2010 (which was in BW), but with the new updates [add.: i.e., for Galatians and Hosea], and the keep up with updates providing them as new fascicules come out?

Another question: the notes in the newly revised format are extensive and voluminous. But again, for the moment, they only exist for Galatians and Hosea. How could these be integrated into Accordance?"

I would love to see this happen!
