William Butchart Posted May 8, 2022 Share Posted May 8, 2022 (edited) Hi all, I’m slightly irritated about the accordance app - I downloaded the update on my iPad and it crashes on start up screen. So I deleted the app to reinstall - I cant find it now on the App Store! What’s going on? My intention was to spend time studying but I can’t do that without my notes. edit - when I use the link on the website to the mobile app it says not available in my country or region. I’m in the uk. ukfraser Posted May 8, 2022 Share Posted May 8, 2022 (edited) Im in the uk and downloaded from the app store no problem. If it crashes on start up, the first thing to try is in ios settings, try removing saved session (havent needed to use clear download cache or reset user content but they may also work.) deleting and reinstalling is a last resort for me as there is then all my resources i need to download.
