Jumping mouse in iPadOS 15.0.2

Hovering over any link in Accordance on my iPad (7th gen) makes the mouse jump aside. See attached video.

Justin as a temporary fix: In Settings change Accessibility / pointer control / pointer animations to OFF.  This will make it move as normal.
