Mark Allison
Section headings have been added to the 1995 edition of the New American Standard Bible. Check your updates for version 2.0 of NAS95S Notes.
Fabian
@Mark Allison @Silas Marrs It won't update. Once again. I guess there is a bug in the update process of Accordance. Edited October 5, 2021 by Fabian
Lester P. Bagley
Not only won't it update but if you delete the old version and let it update, you get nothing. Any yet it now claims to be installed.

Fabian
I'm glad I'm not the only one. In the summer there was also a module which stuck. I reported it in the forums. In my opinion there is something Accordance should address to fix it one for all.
Mark Allison
Lester, try this: Make sure the NAS95S Notes module has been removed from your library, then restart Accordance while holding down the Option Key. In the pop-up menu, select "Clear Library Cache" and "Clear Cached Downloads." Then try using Easy Install to install the module.
Fabian
And what is the reason I have often troubles?

I finally got everything to download by deleting the NAS95 Bible and re-downloading the easy install for the Bible. However, asking to display the notes file in my library still causes a crash: Accordance Crash Log 2021/10/05, 11:30:10 Accordance Aleph 13.3.1 (13.3.1) MacOS 11.6.0 Message: Access violation Address: $0000000105CB53F3 Backtrace: 0 acord 0x0000000105cb53f3 acord + 6480883 1 acord 0x0000000105e3148c acord + 8037516 2 AppKit 0x00007fff22faba06 -[NSWindow(NSEventRouting) sendEvent:] + 347 3 acord 0x00000001056eeb1f acord + 424735 4 acord 0x00000001056fa3db acord + 472027 5 AppKit 0x00007fff22e12c8e -[NSApplication run] + 623 6 acord 0x00000001056f76be acord + 460478 Binaries: 0x0000000005687000 /Applications/Accordance Aleph.app/Contents/MacOS/acord 0x000000010675e000 /Applications/Accordance Aleph.app/Contents/Frameworks/SSZipArchive.framework/Versions/A/SSZipArchive 0x00000001067b3000 /Applications/Accordance Aleph.app/Contents/Frameworks/Sparkle.framework/Versions/A/Sparkle 0x000000010686d000 /Applications/Accordance Aleph.app/Contents/Frameworks/ObjectiveDropboxOfficial.framework/Versions/A/ObjectiveDropboxOfficial

Mark Allison
Thanks Randy. Probably missed a few with that heading style. We'll have an update asap.
Randy Cue
Thanks, Mark. I gave just one example. There are multiple ones in Matthew 11 and 12 where I am studying. Again thanks for your diligence.

Look for a 2.1 update very soon.

Ah thats great if you have the bug too. So you can see why it happens. Remember I had a similar issue in the summer. It would be really good if this sort of 🪲 can be killed. I thought: could it be because some have purchased the Bible in a bundle? Just a wild guess. Edited October 6, 2021 by Fabian
Mark Allison
It's possible this download issue is associated with 13.3.1. If you've been able to successfully update to NAS95S Notes to version 2.1, could you let me know what version of Accordance you're using?
Lester P. Bagley
I'm using 13.3.1 and Aleph 13.3.1 (currently identical, I imagine) and neither will successfully update.
Paul Meiklejohn
Mark, I should have looked into this further, but do you know if sections headings are available on iOS yet? Edited October 6, 2021 by Paul Meiklejohn
