Sticky cursor on magic keyboard

iOS 15: When Accessibility pointer control/  pointer animations is on the cursor is extremely erratic.  it doesn’t like floating over verse references or hyperlinks.  Works okay when pointer animations is off.

I see this too with the Logitech Folio Touch case. It's not just the Magic Keyboard.
