omitting lacunae hits in the CNTTS

I am trying to search for all of the instances of P45 in the CNTTS where text actually occurs.

 

If I search for P45 I get 21,525 hits, but 99% of these hits say lacunae. Is there a way to filter it so it only shows few P45 hits where text occurs?

  Try this and see if it gets you close. I'm not very familiar with this tool but this seems to be doing what you want.
