Geoffrey Paynter Posted September 18, 2021 Share Posted September 18, 2021 Since moving to a new laptop I have been unable to get Atlas to work. I'm running Big Sur and the latest version of Accordance (13.3). Previously told by Accordance that there was a bug in 13.2, but subsequent app updates have changed nothing. Easy Install goes through the process of downloading and says it is installing. The Accordance App restarts, and the Atlas symbol appears in the Library list, but there is no content under it. It also still appears in the Easy Install list. Any help appreciated 🙂 Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Tech Support Posted September 23, 2021 Share Posted September 23, 2021 Geoffrey, Safe Mode will provide an option to try. To get to Safe Mode first quit Accordance. Next, hold down the Option/Alt key as you open Accordance. On the window that appears check the option to remove the Atlas and launch Accordance. Then download the Atlas again.
