Version 13.3.0 User Tool Hierarchy still broken for me

Hey – The problem that was there in the last release is still there for me.  Anyone else?  I only use T, 1, 2 in my prayer journal.  I can add a T, but can't change it to a 1.  There are mostly 2s and I can't get there unless the last hierarchy number is 2.  If others are having this issue, too, is there a fix coming?  This is a tool I use and update daily.

Is this problem fixed in the next release?  Are there only a couple of us seeing this?

 

Are there only a few Accordance users who have created User Tools?

I've been using Accordance since the end of version 5 and have never had User Tool issues until now.
