Merged User Notes disappeared

I merged a smaller User File with my Primary File and my primary file disappeared from my Workspace. I've recovered the file from Time Machine and Dropbox and it put it back  in Finder>Accordance Files>User Notes but Accordance still will not display the file when I click on User Notes. All my other notes are still there, but not the primary one I use.

 

I have quit Accordance and restarted and still nothing.

Any suggestions?
