kerryshull Posted August 29, 2021 Share Posted August 29, 2021 Windows 10 pro Accordance 13.2.2 I purchased a new computer and am having trouble installing Accordance apps. Easy Install downloaded and installed all my purchases except for one: BW Crossover13 - Basic 8-10. While most of the apps in BWCrossover13 loaded, the following files did not: Epistles, GNT-DEMO, Gospels, Harmony, OT in NT, Old Testament, Q Sayings, Synoptic Gospel Parallel. Billy32792 Posted August 31, 2021 Share Posted August 31, 2021 Kerry and I just did a screen share to get this corrected. For the record if anyone else runs into this, the Parallels files had to be deleted from the library and then downloaded again in Easy Install. Some of the modules were not in the Parallels folder which made it confusing. We used the search bar to verify they were in the library and then right clicked on them and selected 'Show in Library' in order to track them down.
