ScottDF
What version of Windows is the laptop runinng? What is the default browser on the laptop? Is it one of the recommended browsers? Can you switch to one of the recommended browsers to test if the problem is resolved by that?
DoosanMan
Windows 10. I hadn't updated for six months, but updated now. It's still the same error. Anyone have something else to try?
ScottDF
What is the default browser on the system? Open Settings. Click on Apps. Click on Default apps. Under the "Choose default apps" section, click the current default browser. You can also email support. Edited August 31, 2021 by ScottDF

rcdeacon
I am using Edge on Windows 11 and Dropbox is working fine at my end. Since updating have you shut down and rebooted your laptop? Bob
