Unable to run Accordance 13

Hi...

 

After installing and uninstalling several times, I am unable to get the software to run. When I try to run it, it simply waits for about a minute, and then gives me an access violation message. I even installed it on my secondary laptop with the same result. I have even booted in Windows safe mode, I have run it as administrator and even tried using the compatibility settings, all to no avail.

 

Any help? Thanks!

I am not sure of other things you can try, but on another tech related post R. Mansfield had suggested contacting Accordance support at (407) 339-0266 or support@accordancebible.com or chat during business hours.

I talked to tech support, and they had me install Version 13.1.7.  So far it seems to be working. Thanks guys. 🙂
