Is it possible to limit the number of like resources that I toggle between when using the left and right arrow keys?

Not at this time. As you know, the resources are cycled based on their order in your library. Putting all your favorite resources together, or organizing them by category (OT/NT, Greek/Hebrew, etc.) can help.
