Crash Log after updating to 13.2.0

Since I updated to 13.2.0 Accordance crashes and I lose my custom default session. It reverts to the default default session (I don't mean to be redundant). And when I create my custom session again it crashes. Any suggestions?

If you can post the saved workspace that is crashing, I can look at it.

How do I do that? Is it a file on my Mac? I don't see it in my Documents (Accordance Files).

A new update was released yesterday, 13.2.1. Please see if the issue continues.

After updating to 13.2.1 the crashes continue and I lose my default session.

I searched for "accordance" and deleted all the hits in the system library and the user library. I also deleted the app and then reinstalled. I downloaded all my purchases. Now, every time I search in my library Accordance does a hard quit. No crash log. What else can I try? What was the version prior to 13.2?  Can I download that installer somewhere?
