Notes Modules to the Bibles

Since the new Section / Periscope Headings in 13.2 is based on the Notes modules. I request to add the missing Notes modules to Accordance. And to add the Headings to the Notes where they are missed. 

 

Elberfelder 84, Elberfelder 1905, REB, REBA, etc.
