Cannot do a clean install of 13.2 - Easy Install hangs and is blank

Hello.  I was successfully running the latest beta and regular Accordance on my PC and uninstalled both because I wanted to do a clean install of just 13.2.  The new 13.2 installer works fine and I am able to log in.  However, once I continue after initial login the Easy Install window pops up but it is blank.  I am unable to do anything at this point so I can't complete my set up.  If I click on the gear icon, nothing happens.  I have tried subsequent uninstalls and reinstall and have removed all of the old Accordance files that I am aware of.  Any help would be appreciated.

I successfully installed version 13.2 on two of my Macs, but the third one keeps crashing on startup. I finally decided to do a clean install, but it is still crashing when I try to sign in. Here is the crash report…

I am having the same problem.  Originally, I ran Accordance 9 on my mac.  Now I am trying to upgrade to v13 on Windows 10.  After logging in, I get a blank Easy Install window and it just locks up.  I don't see any of my previous purchases.

I received three files from tech support.  They are slightly newer installers for Windows and Mac that MAY fix your initial issues and get you up and running.  If not, you can use the 13.17 Windows installer which we know works. The updated Windows installer enabled me to complete an install.  I still had some issues with a few modules but it appeared functional.  I know they are still looking at the overall situation and will ultimately get the issues taken care of.  They have added a lot of nice things to 13.2.  I will upload them one at a time.  Hope these help 🙂

Quick note:  Before using these files it would be best to check the Accordance site to see if anything newer than these has been posted in Downloads.

Do you have a windows 10 updated executable?  Also, is there a 64-bit version?

Yes.  If you scroll back in this post it is attached to one of my messages.  As far as I know there is only one Windows executable.  I am running 64 bit Windows and that is what I used.  Hope this helps.
