IOS not recognizing new password

I just changed my password on desktop Accordance after upgrading to 13.2. Now I can't load my library on IOS (14.6) It recognizes neither old or new logins.  Help, please.

Hi @Jane, someone else recently had a similar issue. The problem had been that one device was acknowledging one password, while the Accordance server was acknowledging the other password. They contacted Accordance Tech Support directly and they were able to fix it. I hope this helps.
