Cannot connect after I changed my email address

Hello,

 

I had to change my email address in my account details yesterday. Ever since I am unable to connect, neither on Mac nor on iOS.

I have tried to connect with both my username and email address (both old and new), but continuously get the error message "References not valid" (or something like that, I am using the French version).

 

Any idea how to resolve this issue? Thank you!

Hi Audrey,

From what you are describing, my best guess would be that your computer is acknowledging one set of credentials, while the Accordance server is recognizing the other. If someone from tech support does not reply to this thread, I think I would probably contact tech support directly as they may need to do something on their end.
