When I right click on a word to search, and choose -- search in -- most of my texts are not  listed

You're talking about the fact that the Latin and Greek folders are missing?  The three folders that are there still open, right?

 

It's hard to know if this is expected behavior without knowing what you have in your library.  But the "search in" option will filter out anything where a search doesn't make sense, so it probably is expected.
