Analysis results that ignore capitalization

I'm creating vocabulary lists based on frequency of inflected forms.

I use the Analysis option and can set it so that I have inflected forms organized by frequency.

BUT

The Analysis discriminates between capitalized and uncapitalized forms of a word. (E.g., ~8000x και and a separate entry for ~500x Και)

It's a bunch of work to get those all sorted out and combined in MS Word.

Is there a way to make Analysis sort inflected forms without distinguishing capitalization?
