How do I copy my saved search results to Word when it involves two panes

I figured out how to do a generic search involving noun and verb placement and was wondering how I can copy out the results to Word if it involves two panes like mine does.  I would like to have the verses lined up side by side with one language on one side and the other next to it like shown in my attached picture.  Is this possible?  What would be the best way to copy them out?  Thanks for any tips.
