Tagin markings on Hebrew texts

Would it be possible to have these markings either added to an existing original language text or is there an existing one out there that has these markings.  I asked the tech support already and they said there’s nothing in the present accordance library.  Just wondering if anyone knows of something and how interested other users are in having something like this added.  I included a small PDF file that kinda explains what the markings are.
