Larry Wing
It's been a long time since I've linked to Accordance verse from a Word document and have been unable to do today. Have things changed and no longer will link? Or must it be Microsoft Word only? I'm using a different text app on Macbook Pro with Accordance 13. Fabian
Hello Larry Not all text editors support the accord:// URI format. May you have to request this feature for your preferable text editor. I have done this to a few. Edited April 24, 2021 by Fabian
Larry Wing
Thanks Fabian. Any way to find out which editors already work?
Fabian
You have two choices. The http:// works in every one. But it opens first the Browser. The accord:// you can try by It came with Word Just copy a Location URL and make a active LINK in the text editor. Only to paste it in doesn't work normally. And try it. It works in Papyrus, It works not in TextMaker (but hopefully soon). Edited April 24, 2021 by Fabian
Larry Wing
Thanks Fabian, again. A lot has happened in the last year. 🙂 I'll work on it some more. My initial quick hyperlink didn't work so I must be doing something wrong. I use TextMaker but do have LibraOffice installed too so we'll see which work.
