Alex Huggett Posted April 5, 2021 Share Posted April 5, 2021 After having to reinstall Accordance on my work (ministry) account on this Mac, I decided I'll try to get it running on my personal account, but I keep getting the message, "Error processing update information. There may be a problem with the servers. Please try again later." Accordance Lite 13.1.6 (13.1.6) MacOS 11.2.3 I updated my password, deleted the Accordance Preferences files, then deleted and reinstalled the Accordance app but still get the message, and have tried with both my account display name and email address as my user name. Paul Meiklejohn Posted April 5, 2021 Share Posted April 5, 2021 (edited) Just a possible suggestion. The new login won’t accept any spaces between words.
