Jewish commentators

Hi, i recently heard a recording of michael Carasik talking about how The Commentators’ Bible series published by jps came about. He was talking about the lives of the different commentators, how some left spain and traveled to the uk or italy and the influences on them. I wondered if there was anything published detailing the lives of people like Abarbanel  or Rashbam or Ibn Ezra or Rashi or Kimi, or Nahmanides as i know nothing about them.

Im not looking for a detailed work on each but something that helps see them in context.

Thanks.

ps, i emailed him to see if he was planning on writing something, like a follow up to the bibles many voices,  and unfortunately hes not!
