kf4zmt
The app is repeatedly notifying me that my King James Version with Strongs has an update, but I get errors when trying to install it. See attached screenshots. How do I resolve this? I am running version 13.1.5 on Windows 10.
Erhard
I had the same problem with my main computer (Lenovo P70). I then tried it on my Toshiba Tecra. It installed on the Tecra, so I found the file on the Tecra and copied it into the folder on My P70 and it worked fine.
Silas Marrs
This is a bug in 13.1.5 that has been fixed for the next release. You can work around it in 13.1.5 by deleting KJVS from your library and redownloading it via Easy Install. Make sure you choose "Delete" and not just "Remove" when prompted by the dialog. kf4zmt
Here are instructions for deleting the module as Silas Marrs suggested in the prior post. 1. In Accordance, open the library and find the offending module, right click it and delete it. You'll be presented with two options: Delete or Remove. You want to delete it. a. If you get a Windows dialog box saying the file is open and can't be deleted, hit cancel, and go to step 2. b. If the module successfully deleted, go to step 3. 2. Close Accordance. a. In Windows Explorer, go to C:\ProgramData\Accordance\Modules\Texts b. Locate and delete the folder containing the module which is causing problems. c. Open Accordance 3. Open Easy Install. a. Select the module you just deleted, download it, and then install it. This resolved my problem.
