Network Error for Accordance for Android on New Chromebook

I recently got a new Chromebook (Samsung). I downloaded the Accordance for Android App through the Google Play Store. Whenever I went to do the easy install, I put in my user name and password and got this network error ("Network error encountered.  Server returned response 400: Bad Request"). After talking to Billy in tech support, it seems like this is an error that  has happened to others with some Chromebooks. He suggested I start a new topic to see if anyone has found any fixes. Anyone found a solution to this error?
