Change reference font size in tools

Hi, This is the first time i have really encountered this issue.
 

i am reading goldingay's jesus bible and there are lots of scriptural quotes in it, i have the main text of the tool set to a convenient reading size but all the quotes are slightly smaller and there doesnt appear to be a setting in tools to change the font size. Im not sure if this is a formatting issue with the tool or whether there should be a second font setting in tools like we have for texts.

Having seen how quotes are dealt with in other volumes, i now think it is probably a formatting issue in the goldingay as they are the same size in carasik and have submitted a correction request.
