ScottDF Posted February 12, 2021 Share Posted February 12, 2021 Trying to update the NRSVS I get the message "The file "NRSVS-old.atext" cannot be used now, because it is busy. Before clicking OK I run a full disk check and no such file exists, so I'm a bit doubtful the file is busy. The message appears 3 times, then I'm informed all modules have updated, although that module still shows as needing an update. Other modules updated without problem. Safe mode doesn't change the behavior. Is there something broken with that module? Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Trying to delete the NRSV from inside Accordance gave lots of problems, but upon contacting Support, they acknowledged a glitch in that file. I was sent a replacement which I put into the folder of the computer. All is well now. Thanks Mark, you got me onto the right idea, and you're much too modest.
