Iconoclaste
So Accordance's Hebrew search capabilities are super powerful and super precise. One of the things that we can do is search for object/possessive personal suffixes on the ends of verbs/prepositions/nouns. What's tricky in searching for them, however, is that many of these suffixes are tagged to also include the vowel that precedes them, not just the vowel on them. This makes sense from a grammatical tagging perspective because the vowel before the suffix often helps specifies which suffix it is. For example the difference between אֱלֹהֶיךָ and אֱלֹהָיִךְ. But when I use the quick entry menu to select one of these inflected forms of suffixes where a vowel precedes the first consonant, Accordance adds unnecessary spaces between that “pre-”vowel and the equal symbol that makes it an exact inflected search. Result: an error message. It is tedious, but possible, to remove the unnecessary spaces and to get the search to work. But it for sure is a bug because when I select the same suffixes from the “Enter Inflected Forms...” menu, this gets entered correctly. See the numbered screenshots below the post.
