Option-Arrow Or Command-Arrow Up and Down to Jump to the Next Book in Texts

Hello 

 

I would love if I can press Command- or Option-Arrow to jump to the next book. Maybe the other key to jump the chapter would be good too. 

To jump to the next book in this way would make may work easier.
