rcdeacon Posted December 19, 2020 Share Posted December 19, 2020 I purchased a resource the other day and used easy install to install on my MacBook Air and iPad Air 2. All went well. Attempts to do easy install on my surface pro 6 would not work. The message I get is “invalid credentials. I even did a forgot password which was successful but still would not allow me to easy install on my SP6. Same error, invalid credentials. If your user name had a space in it, we removed the space. try to log in without the space if you think that's the issue or just use your email address.
