Glitch in Hebrew/Aramaic Lexicon search system נְחָשׁ

I 3X clicked on a word in (Aramaic) Daniel 2:32

 נְחָשׁ

to verify my belief that it was better translated "bronze", instead of brass.  BDB popped up supplying definitions.

But when I clicked on HALOT, there was no result (which happens when a lexicon has the word, but not the verse listed with it).

So I deleted the verse in the verse box, searched again, & up popped Halot this time. But then I saw that Halot does have the verse.  (Does the dagger indicate that the lexicon lists all the Biblical exemplars?) Halot says,

"copper, bronze Da 232.35.39.45 412.20 54.23 719." †"

Enoch, I think the issue here is that HALOT has different fields for Hebrew and Aramaic searching. If you amplify straight to HALOT or triple click straight to HALOT, it works correctly.  However, since you went to BDB (which doesn't have references), it didn't know it was an Aramaic form.  So when you switched to HALOT, it didn't know to change the field from Hebrew to Aramaic.
