Vietnamese Bible Request

SWC

Recommended Posts

A customer e-mailed to make this request below:

It would be REALLY helpfull if you guys could please add this Vietnamese Bible. There are several different versions, but after much research we are using this version, not least of which, is because it is easily available where we are. The version is Kinh Thánh Tiếng Việt Bản Hiệu Đính 2010

The information is available here from Bible.com: https://www.bible.com/vi

It is published by United Bible Society.

Is there a possibility of having this added in Accordance?

I can’t tell you how useful this would be!

Thank you,

Mitchell

Thats great and I can remember there are also some other requests for foreign Bibles which are not in Accordance.

I'm on it.

Mark,

I am super excited to hear this. I will be happy to help in any way I can.

As you can see by the links above, the Vietnamese version above is also called "Bản Truyền Thống Hiệu Đính" 2010. In English, it is called the "Revised Vietnamese Version (RVV) 2010."

Just FYI, I have see it sometimes incorrectly referred to as the RVV 2011.

This is a great version and the only one that we can get in a bilingual printed version with the ESV.

Please let me know if there is anything I can do to help with this in any way, especially if it will accelerate the process. I would gift several Accordance licenses today if that were available.

Thank you!

Just found a Vietnam Bible with Strongs.

Not finished, but I would definitely keep an eye on it if I would be OakTree! And I would go in contact with https://vietbible.co/ket-noi/ better sooner than later.

@Mark Allison+1 for all mentioned Bibles. Hopefully the Strong's Bible are finished. May you ask them.

Thanks
