Repeatable crash

Recommended Posts

Below is the crash log.

It occurs both with 13.1.3 and 13.1.4 and is repeatable.

Accordance is open.

I have a new document in MS Word open.

I use the CTRL-ALT-A shortcut to open the copy dialog, but it immediately crashes Accordance.

What version of Word are you using?  I don't get a crash, but I'm using Word 2013.

Based on your crash log, you may be able to work around the problem for now by turning off "Use selected verse reference from word processor"  in Export Preferences.  Thus far, I am not sure why it would crash when trying to get the verse reference from Word.  It doesn't crash at this step for me even in a blank document.

Just tried it again, and it crashed. Log below.

I'm using Office 365. The blank docx has Autosave on, and it is in a OneDrive folder for autosyncing.

I turned off "Use selected verse reference from word processor" and that does indeed work without crashing.

Thanks.

Same copy issue with 13.1.7.

CTRL - ALT - A works fine if I am in Accordance.

If I try to use that from Word, it crashes.

I'm using:

Microsoft® Word for Microsoft 365 MSO (16.0.14026.20294) 64-bit
