can we have Instant detail when we hover?

I am happy with the hover highlight in the latest 3.1 version.  I would like to have the option to turn on and off instant detail when it hover over a word just like the desktop version. maybe it only shown when we press “shift” or “opt” key when we hover on a word. Thanks.
