Synching with dropbox deleted all new notes and highlights I had made on iOS.

When I synched with Dropbox. Instead of uploading the new content, it downloaded the older version of the files (I presume) which resulted in me loosing all my most recent highlights and user notes. This is frustrating. Is there any way to get the notes and highlights back?

Hi André,

 

Have you tried going to www.dropbox.com and looking for previous versions of the user files yet?  You can go to Files/Apps/Accordance/… to get to your user files. You can then click on the overflow buttons (3 dots) on the right and select ‘version history’ and check to see if the right version is there. 

 

They may also be in the trash where they are kept for 30 days. This will be in the right hand column (‘Show Deleted Files’).

 

If you cannot find them, you can contact us directly in support. There may be a couple of other things we can try.
